The Stand-Up, Musical Comedy & Theatre categories should be pretty easy ‘codes’ to crack but I will explain the Legends section.

You see, in general we aren’t a fan of stand-up DVDs. All of those pre-recorded concerts that turn up rather cynically at Christmas to act as stocking fillers for fans of shows like ‘Mock the Week‘ or ‘Live at the Apollo‘ slightly depress us.

Live stand-up really is the only way to go. That being said some of the world’s greatest clowns are sadly no longer with us and this is the only way we can experience their genius and share it with the next generation.
